Böhm-Solar EQUIPMENT Technology as a daughter company of Böhm AG is a supplier of hand operated as well as semiautomatic and fully automatic turnkey lines for the manufacture of solar modules. Cooperation partner of Böhm-Solar in construction, design and manufacturing process is Böhm Fertigungstechnik Suhl GmbH - with 20 years experience in mechanical engineering, a successor to the Zeiss Group's manufacturing section.
In close cooperation with the business partner Böhm-Solar develops, manufactures and distributes single components as well as state-of-the-art turn-key solutions for the operation of complete production lines as e.g. conveyors, module lift systems or stations for the processing of modules after lamination as edge cutters, framing machines, flippers etc.
An integrated quality control system consisting of cell testers, luminescence tester, solar glas tester and flash tower will guarantee a production accroding to highest quality requirements.
The cutting edge technology of the equipment offered by Böhm-Solar is the ultra-large Double Laminator with a total lamination area of 24 sqm. Special modules with a maximum size of 3m x 4m, i. e. 12 sqm can be laminated with this STAR 4000DD on each of the two levels.
The ultra-large solar modules can be used for the integration into building facades, as current-generating sun shading systems or for the complete or partial covering of roofs.
